    What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    There isn't one. We print a single piece or 2,000 pieces alike. Volume discounts start at 3 units (5%) and scale up to -40% for runs of 2,000+ pieces.

    What's the lead time?

    Standard B2B orders ship within 5 business days. Small batches (under 50 units) typically 2–3 days. Larger runs and multi-color projects are scheduled individually after quote confirmation.

    How do the volume discounts work?

    The discount is calculated automatically from the total unit count in your cart. 3–5 pcs: -5%, 6–10: -10%, 11–20: -15%, 21–49: -20%, 50–99: -25%, 100–499: -30%, 500–1999: -35%, 2000+: -40%.

    Which materials do you offer for business orders?

    We print in PLA (strong plastic from renewable sources, ideal for decoration and promotional products), PETG (heat- and moisture-resistant, suitable for functional and outdoor parts), and aesthetic PLA Silk / PLA Galaxy variants. Multi-color printing via Bambu Lab AMS.

    Which file formats do you accept?

    Upload STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP directly in the browser and see the price instantly. No CAD? Send a photo, sketch or physical sample — we'll model it for you and save the file to your company profile for repeat orders.

    Can you design the model if I only have an idea?

    Yes. Our designers build the 3D model from a photo, technical drawing, hand sketch or physical sample. We quote the modeling cost up front, the model stays yours, and we save it to your company profile on niro3d.cz.

    Will you sign an NDA?

    Yes. NDAs are signed at no extra cost, usually within 24 hours. Files are stored on encrypted R2 storage and deleted on request once the order is complete.

    Do you issue invoices with payment terms? Are you VAT registered?

    Yes, we're a Czech VAT payer (VAT ID CZ0212231877, Company ID 22389032). Default invoice term is 14 days; recurring customers can sign a framework agreement with custom terms. Invoices itemize parts and material.

    Do you ship across the Czech Republic and the EU?

    Yes. We ship via Zásilkovna and PPL inside Czechia, and via DPD and GLS across the EU. Pickup at our workshop in Prague 5 is free. Shipping cost is shown before you confirm the order.

    What happens if a print doesn't match the spec?

    For custom production we handle claims individually. If the deviation is on our side (print defect, wrong dimension, wrong material), we reprint at no cost or refund. For prototypes you approved, dimensional claims don't apply — that's why we always send a preview and a quote for sign-off before printing.
