Yes. Send us the product, and we will measure it, model the exact bed and make the case to fit. The sample is returned along with the finished case.
Very. PETG inserts stand up to repeated use and absorb shocks well. For more demanding applications with flexible inserts we arrange special materials by agreement.
Yes — a logo or text can be built into the 3D model as a raised or recessed feature. The result is permanent and needs no printing.
We will make a single piece. For the best price per piece, though, we recommend orders from 10 pieces, where volume discounts apply.
A prototype case is ready within 3-5 working days. Production runs depend on quantity — typically 5-10 working days for a few dozen pieces.
