Overview
Rapid prototyping by 3D printing is the most efficient way to prove a design and its function without paying for moulds and tooling. With our capacity and experience the first prototype can be with you in 3-5 working days. We help startups, developers and established companies move an idea from concept to something real.
- First prototype delivered from 3 working days
- Suitable materials — PLA, PETG, PLA Silk, PLA Galaxy. Specials by agreement
- Print accuracy ±0.2 mm, enough to validate a design with confidence
- Fast iteration and changes between versions
- Functional testing of mechanical properties and assembly
- Far cheaper than traditional manufacturing methods

Upload model03 How it goes
How a prototype is made
01
Send your requirements or a 3D model
Upload your 3D model (STL, STEP, OBJ) or describe what you have in mind. We can also create the 3D model from scratch.
02
Technical consultation
We go through your design together, recommend a material and print settings, point out any pitfalls and propose solutions.
03
Production
Your prototype is printed on professional FDM printers with settings optimised for quality and accuracy.
04
Quality check and delivery
Every prototype is checked for dimensions and quality, then packed safely and sent to you — anywhere in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Customisation
Tailoring your prototype
- Choice of material
- As standard we print in PLA (economical visual models) and PETG (functional prototypes, mechanical strength). For special requirements we arrange the material by agreement.
- Accuracy and dimensions
- Layer height and print settings chosen for the best balance of accuracy, surface quality and speed.
- Colour and finish
- A choice of filament colour, with optional post-processing such as sanding or spraying.
- Infill and strength
- Infill percentage and structure adjusted to reach the mechanical durability the part needs.
Who it's for
Who custom prototypes are for
- Startups and inventors
- Fast, affordable validation of a product idea before approaching investors or starting production.
- Company development teams
- Iterative development of new products, with several design variants testable at once.
- Designers and engineers
- Physical validation of CAD models — checking dimensions, the fit between parts, and the overall look.
- Students and academics
- Thesis and research projects realised with professional-quality 3D printing.
- Manufacturers
- Testing jigs, templates and assembly aids before committing to final production in metal or plastic.
Elsewhere in custom
- Made-to-measure spare parts Broken a part that is no longer made? Need a one-off component to your own spec? We will make an exact spare by 3D printing — quickly, affordably, and in a material that lasts.
- Exhibition and presentation models We make detailed exhibition models, architectural scale models and presentation exhibits that hold attention at trade fairs, in showrooms and in client meetings. High accuracy and a professional finish.
- Made-to-measure office accessories We make office accessories sized precisely to your workspace. Desk organisers, monitor stands, cable grommets — all designed to make the working day tidier and easier.
- Custom packaging and protective inserts We make packaging, protective inserts and transport trays shaped exactly to your products. 3D printing gives a perfect fit and dependable protection in storage, in transit and on display.
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Simple prototypes are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. For urgent work we do our best to accommodate shorter deadlines — get in touch with your specific requirement.
Yes, we offer 3D modelling at €26/hour. Send a sketch, a technical drawing or a detailed description and we will prepare the model.
As standard we print in PLA (economical, good for visual models) and PETG (strong, tough, durable — functional prototypes). For a striking look we also offer PLA Silk and PLA Galaxy. Special materials (higher heat resistance, flexibility) are arranged by agreement — we are glad to advise on what suits the purpose.
Our FDM printers work to ±0.2 mm as standard. For most prototypes made to check shape and function that is entirely sufficient.
Certainly — and we recommend it. 3D printing lets you make several variants at the same time and compare them. Changes between iterations are quick and inexpensive.
Yes. We can prepare a presentable prototype with a smooth surface in the colour you want, and offer post-processing such as sanding and painting for a professional finish.
